Our prices are listed on a per night basis. Therefore, you are able to stay in any specific rental
location for as many days, weekends, weeks or months you would like provided that the per night rate is
covered (Michigan requires a 4 night stay).

Here are the rates for a per night stay at our three locations:

- Vail, Colorado: $375/night (Dec. 1st-March 31st) ; $150/night for rentals outside these dates & $450/night (Holidays)
- Puerto Vallarta, Mexico: $200/night (Dec. 1st-April 30th) & $125/night for rentals outside these dates
- Lake Michigan: $450/night all year (Rental must last 4 consecutive nights)
